That's why we offer you a risk-free 14-day money-back guarantee on your order. If you are not satisfied, you can return your product at any time.
Process:
To ensure a smooth return, we ask our customers to carefully follow the steps below:
1. Contact us: Send us an email to info@glamazona.de with your order number and state which items you would like to return.
2. Return label: After receiving your request, our customer service will send you a return label and instructions on which items need to be sent together or separately.
3. Return: Send the item according to the customer service instructions and within the return period of 14 days.
4. Refund: Once the returned items have been received and inspected at our returns warehouse, the corresponding amount will be credited to your original payment method, minus restocking fees. These are 3€ per order. This process can take 5-7 business days.
5. Inquiries : If you have not received a refund after this time, please contact our customer service again at info@glamazona.de
